By accessing Full Student View at 360arbo.com (or a related deployment), you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a school, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The service
Full Student View provides tools for school staff to manage student-related information, collaboration, documents, and optional AI-assisted questions over school data. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep login credentials confidential and use the service only for legitimate school purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another school’s data, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use automated scraping in ways that harm the platform or other schools.
School responsibilities
The school is responsible for the accuracy of data entered, for obtaining any required consents or legal bases for processing student information, for assigning appropriate staff roles, and for decisions made about students. AI suggestions are assistive only.
Intellectual property
The platform software, branding, and design are owned by the service operator. Schools retain rights in their own content and student records as between the school and the operator, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. It is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or psychological judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by schools based on information in the system. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
