Full Student View (360arbo.com) is a school information platform. Schools use it to manage student profiles, attendance, grades, reports, meetings, documents, and related staff workflows.
What we collect
Schools and authorized staff enter or upload information needed for education and care — for example student identity and class assignment, attendance and academic records, reports and notes, family or medical details where permitted, meeting records, documents, and account data for staff users (such as name, email, and role).
How we use information
Information is used to operate the school’s workspace: display student 360° profiles, support collaboration and follow-ups, send in-app notifications, power optional assistants such as Ruth using school-owned context, improve reliability and security, and meet school administrative needs. We do not sell student data.
Access and roles
Access is limited to authenticated staff with school-scoped permissions. Sensitive categories (for example certain medical or psychologist materials) are further restricted by role. Schools control who is invited and which roles they hold.
Storage and security
Data is stored in school-isolated databases and durable file storage. Production deployments use encrypted transport (HTTPS). Access to infrastructure is limited to authorized operators. No system is perfectly secure; schools should also follow their own device and password practices.
Retention and school control
Schools decide how long records are kept according to their policies and applicable law. Soft-deleted items may remain recoverable for a period. Schools may request export or deletion assistance for their tenant data subject to legal and operational constraints.
Children and students
The product is designed for school staff, not for direct consumer use by children. Student personal data is processed because the school has an educational or care relationship with the student.
